It is hard to believe it is made with only five simple ingredients. Flour, buttermilk, bread-soda, sunflower Oil and a pinch of Salt. We make all our breads by hand from scratch every night so it is in the shops at its freshest and is still warm. Once you cut that first slice and taste it, its impossible not to go back for a second, third or more                                                                            slices!! Very moreish indeed.

 

Halloween Tea-Bracks with Fancy Rings

Local children go crazy for this Brack every Halloween to see the beautiful fancy rings hidden inside.  The Brack is moist and rich as the fruit is soaked in Lyons tea overnight to plump up. Scrumptus with a cup of tea and with a spread of real butter.

We offer our customers with wheat intolerance an alternative bread made with spelt flour. Its wheat free and low in glucose and has a mild delicious nutty flavor. The honey gives it a natural background sweetness and every slice is packed with numerous green pumpkin seeds, sesame and sunflower seeds.

 

 

Deep Filled Apple & Rhubarb Tarts

The tarts are made using only 5 ingredients, Rhubarb or Apple, sugar , flour , butter and free range eggs. Plenty of juicy fresh apples or Rhubarb in every slice with crumbling short crust pastry. Made with free range eggs and not a preservative in sight so you really get to taste the fruit.

Here at Aislings Artisan Bakery we pride ourselves on only giving customers bread that has being handmade from scratch, baked and delivered the same day. All unsold bread is removed at the end of each day and restocked with new breads the next morning.

All products contain no preservatives or additives so you can eat naturally.

Our products are packed full of premium ingredients. And use Aislings own unique recipes that are often requested by customers but have always remained top secret.

We use local free range eggs, butter, pure buttermilk and Odlums flour.
